premium king room early check-in daily cleaning central location
The front desk provided an upgrade to a premium king room. This allowed early check-in to freshen up. The room contained a large couch, a desk, a chair and beautiful art. Turn down service was available and the room was cleaned daily if needed. The location is near subway lines, restaurants, and shops.

The hotel includes a bar area with a great vibe and helpful staff. A downstairs restaurant and an associated French bistro are available for dining needs. The building exhibits ornate features throughout.

early check-in rainfall shower premium upgrade
The front desk offered a premium king upgrade when I arrived early. This upgrade allowed me to check in early. The room included a large couch. A rainfall shower was also available. The building has ornate features. The location is near subway lines and restaurants.
I found the room to be slightly noisy. I could hear some street noise.

musty cupboard smell cramped suite
the location was acceptable.
My one-bedroom suite felt cramped. After an extra bed was added, there was hardly room to walk. the cupboard had a musty smell, like the room had been unoccupied for months. also, no bottled water was provided on my first night, i found this unacceptable.

really good staff accommodating team quiet room easy access
The staff was really good and accommodating. I had access to a quiet room. The location provides easy access to various attractions.

Unique and Wonderful Stay
rich history delicious food great service
I enjoyed the rich history and gorgeous hotel. There were wonderful amenities. Delicious food options were available. The service was unparalleled. The door team was good, and the front desk took great care to remember names.
I found the rooms quite small, especially when traveling with family and luggage. The one-room suite I stayed in was an insult to the concept of a suite.

The location allows easy access to sights and the subway. The Brooklyn Bridge is nearby. The area where the hotel stands is calm and well connected to other places of interest.

The staff was cool, especially the doormen, I noticed. Personal at the entrance were always super nice and always helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The entire team was without exception.
